Serves meat, vegan options available. Sushi place selling pre-prepared bento boxes. The box number 5 povrce, povrce (vegetables, vegetables), is vegan and contains 2 avocado hosomaki, 2 cucumber (kappa) hosomaki, 2 carrot hosomaki, 2 roasted pepper nigiri, 2 asparagus nigiri and 2 pepper-avocado-ginger-chard-carrot-cucumber uramaki. For a relatively cheap price 33 HRK (roughly $5 / 4€) you get delicious food. I only wish there were more vegan options since these sell out quite quickly.

I got my vegan bento5 at their other place, in Teslina ulica 14 (in Zagreb centre), it was really good and quite cheap (29 kn).

Tasty vegan sushi, but gets sold out quickly - Edit
I've had their vegan bento a few times. Sometimes instead of roasted pepper nigiri there's a tofu nigiri in it.
Bento boxes get sold out quickly, and if you arrive after 4pm, there's a chance they will be out of vegan bento, and won't make any more that day.
They have edamame, tofu salad, and soba noodle salad.
Their miso soup contains fish, so it's not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
