Manager was very helpful

I ordered the veggie burger on a gluten free bun with grilled onions, tomato, and guacamole and fries with a side of vegan aioli. The gluten free bun was a little dry but it held together very well and overall the burger was delicious. The girl at the counter was new but the manager came out to help me pick a dipping sauce since all their fry sauces are mayonnaise based. The Vegan aioli has to be put in as a side and it’s a small serving so you might want to ask for two sides. Overall a good experience and I’m glad there’s a good vegan burger option in Pueblo.

Pros: Great tasting burger, Variety of toppings , No butter used on the grill

Cons: Only one dipping sauce for fries

Good burger, not a great bun

The burger has a great doable but falls apart pretty easily but that bun was a hot mess. It fell apart and was super dry

Cons: Only one vegan option

Not clear vegan options

Only the gluten free bun is vegan!
Really wish they would’ve told me that the first time I ordered the vegan burger.... and their customer service sucks 👎🏼

Tries hard, okay if you want to pay $10-15 for a mediocre veggie burger

This place is a chain. It feels like a chain. Coming from Northern Colorado, it’s nothing special to us - feels exactly like a Chipotle- but for Pueblo it’s a novelty.

They definitely get points for offering quinoa burgers and free range eggs, but for the prices they charge you can find much better veggie burgers around town. This place charges you extra for everything under the sun - cheese, fries, sauces. A family can’t get out of here for less than $40 or $50 (if you get any drinks).

Atmosphere is obnoxious, loud, and sterile. Not a nice place to enjoy a meal.

Great veggie burger alternatives:
Shamrock Brewing - grilled portobello with a side for $9
Brues House - upscale veggie burger with awesome fries for $13

Best veggie burger, if you can drive 20 minutes:
Three Sisters - veggie BLT burger with amazing fries for $8

Homemade vegan, tasty but pricey

Super tasty veggie burger made in-house from scratch, but unfortunately the only vegan bun was an extra $2 and mushrooms and avocado toppings are additional $1.50 each. Delicious vegan mayo/pesto though. Just seemed pricey for what you get.

Pros: homemade, vegan Mayo, nice atmosphere

Cons: pricey

Great Road Trip Stop

Easy to get to from the highway. Walked in at Noon on a Friday, not too crowded. The vegetarian patty with vegan mayo, and avocado is what I ordered. I thought it tasted fantastic with the pickles, tomato, and onion. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the ‘hamburger’ lost all composure after the first bite and fell apart. I did not mind and finished eating with fork and knife. Just keep your expectations for it to stay together low.

Pros: delicious, fast, easy to get to

Cons: falls apart

Mouth watering!

Bingo Burger is definitely one of my favorite local joints! It was established here in Pueblo and then they opened one in Colorado Springs. They have an amazing veggie burger. Don't forget to order it on gluten free bread so that way it doesn't contain egg. Also, Bingo Burger is located in an area that is walking distance from lots of murals. (On the side of Blue Sky building)

Pros: Sweet potato fries

Cons: A bit pricier but definitely worth it!
