Great vegan burger! - Edit
Had the “vegan” burger. It was delicious. Chips and vegan bbq mayo was a hit too. Would highly recommend!

Amazing food and service - Edit
Really nice people working here, only a few options but who cares if it’s good? Had the Tassie chips and veg burger made vegan, beer and cider. Good music and chill vibe, not many people, by the pier and close to art and museums. Not table service so a bit awk when I went up to grab my chips but people working are super nice and helpful and knowledgeable about the menu!😄great!

Decent option, particularly if eating out with Omnis - Edit
I've been to Billy's many times. There aren't a lot of vegan options (two burgers, fries, loaded fries), but the vegan options are consistently tasty. I usually have the Char Siew which is a nice, decadent, mock meat option which makes a pleasant change from the veggie burgers usually available at non-vegan burger joints.

Read moreWent there for lunch, and it wasn't one of those busy afternoon.
This bloke in his 20s took my order and were very rude.
Waited 20mins, and saw what looks like my foods sitting under the heater light while he's playing on his mobile. Went and asked him if that's my foods, he gave me this "can't you see I'm busy" look. He keep staring at me after I got my foods, and stare at me as he walked passed. He then proceed to clean up the other tables agrresively and make loud noises (swiping the bottles/plates onto the bin).
I understand it's a burger place, not a fine dining restaurant. But do I deserves to be stared at and feel intimidated just to get my food while it's hot??
Pros: The burger is somehow acceptable
Cons: Pricey, Attitude, Customer service

There are really only two vegan options, a fake pork burger made from soy, and a mushroom burger. There are also potato chips and a vegan “loaded chips” option.
