YUM. - Edit
So delicious! Yes, there is some cross-contamination risk, but most people seem to take from the front of the containers and the back is untouched. Staff said that every broth style can be made with mushroom base instead of pork. Many different varieties of tofu. Drinks are made with actual fruit purée, not flavoured syrup. When shopping after dinner, multiple people saw our cups and commented that it’s one of their favourite restaurants. Seems very popular, and we had a little bit of a wait, but not too long!

Clearly labeled but watch out.. - Edit
This place was interesting and I really enjoyed my meal. But the cross contamination is a bit of a concern. The tongs are all shared with ALL the ingredients. I watched a worker who was removing certain ingredients that fell into another, use the same tongs along the entire wall of options. That said, everything was clearly labeled. And my hot pot was delicious. I went for the mushroom broth. Also don’t overdo it on the options. You’re charged by weight and that adds up quickly. I also felt like I was being rushed out. It was very busy there and was asked twice, “Are you finished with your food?” While I was clearly still eating and had half of my pot left.

Very Vegan Friendly - Edit
I found everything well labeled and intuitive. Six of ten broths can be or already are Ⓥ. Endless options for vegans to build their own hot pot including konjak eel, oyster mushrooms, baby corn, noodles galore, soy variations and so many vegetables.
Read moreEveryone takes their own tongs so we all should let the company know that animal products should go last in the lineup (instead of first as is now) which will prevent cross contamination.
Pro tip: get less than your instincts tell you too to save money and match your real appetite!

Lots of vegan options. - Edit
Great value...if you are conscious of what you select. It is $3.99/100g dry weight of ingredients you select.
Read moreThey then cook it up with a generous serve of broth and have a free condiments bar you can add flavour from.
A really really great place on a chilly day!
Pros: Healthy, Customisable, Value and flavour

Hot Pot - Edit
Good place, many vegan food options, but meat eaters use the same tongs on meat and veg so there is alot of cross contamination, depends on whether that bothers you or not. I think they should put the veg first then the meat section after so there is less cross
