Good Chinese Vegan Options - Edit
Recently got some take out from Big Panda and really enjoyed it. With very few vegan options in the Hybla Valley area this is a good choice. Everything was was good and fairly standard but the Cashew Nut Tofu stood out as a nice creative option. We had enough leftovers for lunch the next day and prices are reasonable. Check out Big Panda.
