Large beergarden - Edit
A lovely, spacious beer garden. There is a small selection of vegan dishes. We had the potato salad and the Coleslaw; both were very good and marked as vegan on the sign. For those with a bigger appetite, there was also a vegan beef sandwich. There are various food stations; to see all the vegan options, you need to go to the main station. There are different serving options for each dish, but vegan options are always marked. The prices are a bit higher, but that’s typical for the area as it’s a tourist attraction. The beer garden itself is a nice place to sit, Sometimes there is traditional live music.

Nice to have vegan options, but pricey for small serving sizes - Edit
The sauerkraut was nice and salty, and clearly labeled vegan at this large biergarten. Flavor and texture were good..value was just okay, at 5 euro for a small bowl.
Read moreTh potato salad has a vinegar base, with good flavor. It is served cold. It was tasty, but the serving size was also rather small for 5 euro. It was nice to have vegan options at this popular biergarten, and they were clearly labeled, but they weren't fantastic. I would have loved if the spaetzel was vegan instead of just vegetarian.
