Not one bit vegan friendly - Edit
As a vegan you can’t even eat fries, even if it’s supposed to be a glorified friterie on the ground floor. So why bother?

Leuke maar te drukke tent - Edit
We waren in de kerstvakantie bij bierbuik, het was die dag eigenlijk te druk voor het bedienend personeel. Door de drukte was er weinig tijd voor uitleg over de kaart (de vega burger werd aangeraden maar bleek melk te bevatten) en de warme vegan optie (falafel) was niet voorradig. Uiteindelijk een salade gehad die veel te zuur was aangemaakt. De setting is wel echt bijzonder!

Read more- Ground floor : Flemish fast-food restaurant named Bierbuik where you can eat fries and such specialty. Always ask what’s vegan, but they keep an oil bath for vegan fries on requests. / No booking required
- First floor : cute brassiere name Bloemeke, it’s the little sister of Bloempot. Here you need to book in advance and specify you’re vegan at the booking. The menu (vegan or not) is always a surprise depending on chef’s mood, but always with purely local ingredients. You can also ask for fries from below and so on (this I didn’t know and couldn’t try 🥲)
