Serves meat, vegan options available. Korean-inspired Asian fast food chain founded 2013 with its first outlet in Ohio. An assembly line setup lets customers see the dishes through the glass counter while building own bowl. Choose a base of rice, noodles, roll, or lettuce, then add toppings and protein (beans, potato, tofu), then veggies and sauce. Teriyaki, gochujang, spicy sriracha and sesame ginger sauces are vegan. Miso soup contains fish. Open Mon-Thu 10:30am-9:30pm, Fri-Sat 10:30am-10:00pm, Sun 10:30am-8:00pm.

Really happy to have this closeby. So many options! - Edit
Ate here mid-November. It is fast casual Korean, prepared in front of you at the counter (I really like this, so I can see exactly what is going into my bowl). There is one prebuilt bowl that is vegan, but I think the best part is all the combinations you can create yourself. Free Miso Soup is a big plus in my book as well.
Read moreI did a regular size Create Your Own Bowl: Purple Rice base, with Tofu as my protein, Bean Sprouts, Black Beans, Potatoes, and Broccoli. Couldn't decide on a sauce so i took sides of Teriyaki, Sriracha, and Sesame Ginger, all of which were excellent.
The bowl overall was very tasty and filling. The Tofu was fantastic, much better than I was expecting. It was cooked and flavored well, and had a perfect crispiness to the outside.
The drinks they offer are delicious too, I tried and very much enjoyed the Passion Fruit Lemonade as well as a Berry Flavored Tea.
Pros: Most of the food here is vegan, besides proteins, Lots of choices, possible combos / flavors, Friendly, knowlegable staff
Cons: They serve meat, cheese, and egg, There is currently only one vegan protein, Tofu
