Serves meat, vegan options available. Korean-inspired Asian fast food chain founded 2013 with its first outlet in Ohio. An assembly line setup lets customers see the dishes through the glass counter while building own bowl. Choose a base of rice, noodles, roll, or lettuce, then add toppings and protein (beans, potato, tofu), then veggies and sauce. Teriyaki, gochujang, spicy sriracha and sesame ginger sauces are vegan. Miso soup contains fish. Open Mon-Sat 10:30am-9:30pm, Sun 10:30am-8:00pm.

Fast, easy and delicious!

I would liken this to the Chipotle of Korean food -- fast casual, quite a fair bit of variety, and easy to both order but also eat vegan. We've also used Bibibop's catering option for work-lunches and it worked out great! Very customizable and BYO (build-your-own) style.

Protein: Does offer Tofu as a protein (then just load up on all the veggies!)

Bases: purple rice, white rice, supergreen salad, sweet potato noodles, romaine lettuce

Vegan Toppings: bean sprouts, black beans, potatoes, red cabbage, carrots, sesame kale, corn, kimchi, pineapple, roasted sesame broccoli, cucumber

Vegan sauces: Teriyaki, gochujang, sesame ginger, spicy sriracha, ginger teriyaki
NOT vegan saucy: yum yum

Go-to for cheap and healthy and good

I have a BIBIBOP down the road from me, and if I ever just don't feel like cooking but don't want to spend a bunch of money, my partner and I will split a tofu bowl from here with everything vegan they've got (for no additional charge anyway) in it. It is amazing.

Cali living in KC!

This is an amazing place to eat! Serves up major California health vibes though it was started in Ohio. All vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. Meat seems to take a back seat at this restaurant. Delicious colorful plates will keep me coming back!
