Serves meat, vegan options available. Korean-inspired Asian fast food chain founded 2013 with its first outlet in Ohio. An assembly line setup lets customers see the dishes through the glass counter while building own bowl. Choose a base of rice, noodles, roll, or lettuce, then add toppings and protein (beans, potato, tofu), then veggies and sauce. Teriyaki, gochujang, spicy sriracha and sesame ginger sauces are vegan. Miso soup contains fish. Open Mon-Thu 10:30am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 10:30am-9:30pm, Sun 11:30am-6:00pm.

Used to love this place - Edit
Used to love this place until I was served meat In my tofu noodle bowl. When confronting the employees they apologized and said it was due to busy times. Extremely disappointed. There were literally 4-5 customers at the establishment...I can’t go back now.

The Teriyaki Tofu and Greens bowl was a complete meal. Service is superior. Restaurant was clean and bright. Loved that the dishes could be visible as they were prepared

Our favorite spot! - Edit
The ordering process is essentially like a chipotle, but the food is Korean rather than Mexican. The items are all clearly marked with common allergens and almost everything is vegan. Plus many many gluten free options. This is my family’s favorite spot when we’re in Columbia - AND Mondays are meat free Mondays, so there is an extra discount for veg bowls

We got the noodles and many vegetables on top with tofu that is fried in a vegan pan and not anywhere near the meat. They have free miso soup! (and since early 2019 it has been vegan, before that it wasn't). I thought there weren't very many noodles in my bowl so I ordered a side order of extra noodles and then that was enough. There are three vegan sauces to choose from and a separate sauce bar so you can decide how much of each one you want to put on your noodles or rice bowl. Good find! I wish This was closer to where we live

This place is amazing. The food is always good and fresh. Just be aware that some of their sauces are not vegan.

Staff instantly welcome you and the options are wonderful of all sorts of veggies plant based options etc. They have meat options and tofu so you can really customize your orders. Also they have a seasonal veggie that are always amazing. They offer meatless Monday discount as well. Worth a try :)
