An assembly line setup lets customers see the dishes through the glass counter while building own bowl. Choose a base of rice, noodles, roll, or lettuce, then add toppings and protein (beans, potato, tofu), then veggies and sauce. Teriyaki, gochujang, spicy sriracha and sesame ginger sauces are vegan. Miso soup contains fish. Open Mon-Thu 10:30am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 10:30am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Solid option

We love Bibibop and were so thrilled to see that a new location recently opened near us. 🙌🏼 Their bowls are huge and you can pile them high with allll the veggie toppings.

I love their tofu bowl; I usually get the supergreen salad purple rice base, black beans for additional protein, every veggie topping they offer, and the sesame ginger or teriyaki sauce. Healthy and filling.
