Great Italian at luxury restaurant in Kobe! - Edit
I know the chef since 1999 when he had an Italian restaurant in Osaka and its always such a pleasure to go to eat his amazingly delicious Italian dishes! You can request if you are vegetarian or vegan, the chef will arrange it for you. Lunch at around 2500 or up, dinner at around 5000 or up. Great wines and desserts, too!
