This is probably the fanciest resturant I've ever ate-at in Ecuador. They have $15 burgers and the lunch of the day was $12 (compared to $3 everywhere else).

This place serves dead animals, but the menu clearly indicated which items were vegetarian and which items were vegan.

Flavourful menu of the day - Edit
On the day I went, the menu of the day was a Thai soup, cauliflower rice with a small salad, 3 spoon-sized carrot balls, strips of fried zucchini, and a cardamom tea (all vegan). The food tasted really nice but was a little pricier than many other vegetarian set-lunch places around town. To eat in was $5 (the usual price in town is $3.50). Note that if you order take away, lunch is $7 as they charge an extra $2 because everything is packed in glass jars to avoid the use of plastic.
