Lovely little Cafe - Edit

What a lovely little cafe with options for everyone. I have visited this cafe before but didn’t realise it was Vegan! On my second visit I had a lovely Almond Chai Latte (not too sweet) and a generous slice of the Carrot and Walnut cake, both very reasonable prices, comparable to most other high street cafes.

This cafe has lots of options to offer; from smoothies and juices to wraps and other hot meals and sweet treats, all made fresh.

Great cosy little place! Big menu with lots to choose from. Their cabinet had wonderful looking raw cakes and slices, banana bread etc. heaps of juices to pick from. I had a hot chocolate made with almond milk, cacao powder, dates and it was wonderful! Will go back!

Beyond The Kale has the most delicious salads and smoothies! Even the biggest meat eater I know couldn't get enough of their salads. Great selection of vegan desserts too.

Great Food and Friendly Staff - Edit

I love the roast veg wrap here so much that on several occasions I have decided to do a 25 mile round cycle ride from Bristol, all so I can go to Beyond the Kale for lunch and taste their delicious wrap again! I don’t know why it is so incredible, but it’s better than any other veggie wrap I’ve had! There is a range of other healthy lunches with salads, and some vegan cakes, and hot drinks too. The space is quite small so seating inside is limited and tight - and once you’ve got in your seat it’s best to stay in it until you’re ready to leave, as you’ll probably have to ask everyone people to move so you can squeeze by. For those who get a little claustrophobic, like me, I recommend the seating outside the shop - it is undercover in the old railway station and sometimes there is a market during the weekends.

My first ever all Vegan find. - Edit

My smoothie was full of flavour with a great hit of ginger. I had the falafel wrap and a large salad. Great tasting food. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Amazing menu and all Vegan.

Cons: A little over priced but worth the money.

Great breakfast! - Edit

Love the location of this place, in a former train station. Tofu scramble is the best I've had, very 'eggy'. Good coffee too and lots of interesting delights in the cake cabinet.

Amazing place - Edit

The burger is amazing, and wedges spicy version are too. Can't wait to go back to get have that burger but in spicy version too.
The soup of the day with sour bread is so delicious, loved it.
The desserts did not impress me and are a bit expensive.
Shame the place is so small and noisy when they are making smoothies.
The staff is so amazingly friendly.
Definitely a place to visit and revisit... and revisit...
UPDATE:
Burger, ask with mushrooms. Amazing, and those wedges keep being the best every time.
The sausage sandwich is too simple, not much taste to it, not worth.
The pancakes themselves are the best i ever had in my entire life, very fluffy and smooth, but the fruit does not make a good combination. Banana is good, the yogurt not for me but maybe good for who likes yogurt. Would be nice to have more maple syrup (pure).
The mango dessert not for me either.

Pros: Amazing food (some), Super friendly staff, specially the owner

Cons: A little expensive buy worth it, Small space and no toilets, Can be very noise with the juice machines

Fabulous falafel! - Edit

Walked far out of my way to grab lunch here having found it on Happy Cow - worth the walk. It's crowded, bustling, and busy, so can be tricky to get a seat but reassuringly very popular. You can sit in or takeaway. Had the most amazing falafel wrap, really the best I've ever had, so full of flavour. Also had a smoothie, which was utterly delicious. I definitely recommend going here. Just wish they were open longer hours.

you have to try the wedges - Edit

We stopped in for lunch and there was a great choice of salads, wraps and burgers. I went for the falafel wrap whilst Jane opted for the salad bowl and a side order of spicy wedges. Both were tasty and fresh but the wedges knocked the ball out of the park! We both tried the freshly made super juiced which were excellent. Definitely the place to head for in Bath. And they do breakfasts to!

Pros: freshly made and organic and completely vegan, nice setting in an old railway station, great juices

Cons: service was a bit slow when we arrived but soon bu

small menu, great juices - Edit

I was feeling a bit ill with a cold so had the Energise juice which helped, along with a healthy salad with lentils. Nice small place in a shopping area (if you need a toilet, go to Sainsbury's).

Pros: Good juices, healthy food

Cons: pricy, no toilet

Good, varied menu in a nice setting, quite bustly when we arrived at around 1pm on a Sunday. I tried the hummus and flatbread which was as nice as you can expect from hummus and flatbread. The fresh juices are great but very expensive at £4.50 each! I tried the Cold Buster (apple, lemon, ginger and mint).

Lots of gluten-free options available too.

Would like to try one of the breakfast dishes if and when we visit again.

Pros: Great fresh juices, Good menu

Cons: Expensive, particularly the juices

Forever in love! - Edit

Best food in the universe served in a friendly, not too crowded cafe space, also selling some items. Most or all items with no refined sugar including the dessert bar! Specials change every day and soon they will be opening in the evening with a burger menu. Staff were so friendly and helpful, all the food incredibly detailed and endulgent and will 200% return whenever possible! Drinks and desserts were pricey but the meals actually pretty cheap and also filling. Best tasting food in the world; curry, salad, rice, tart, banana bread, caramel slice and protein smoothie were all divine. PLEASE GO HERE!

Pros: Unbelievable taste and good atmosphere, Reasonable price , Range of options and a shop

Cons: Some drinks and desserts overpriced and costed mor

Sweetest Place - Edit

I LOVE this place! They have a huge variety of health foods, organic fruits and veggies and a counter where you can order soups, juices, smoothies, raw vegan treats, wraps and more.

If you're here in the winter don't miss out on the 'raw' vegan hot chocolate. It's divine!

The staff have always been very friendly and they have the cutest dog who lives by the door. - Maybe it's just me but a place is always improved when I see a dog.

Pros: delicious food, Friendly staff, all vegan and organic

Cons: expensive
