A couple good options - Edit
The plant-based shawarma is excellent. They recently also introduced a plant-based Reuben sandwich using Unreal Deli’s vegan corned beef which is very tasty. A word of caution though, the plat-based Reuben is not vegan without modification.

Salam’s Shawarma - Edit
Very good sandwich. The shawarma is plant based and The menu says it’s Dairy & Egg free. The sandwich did fall apart on me so grab plenty of napkins.

My perfect fast food - Edit
I'm so obsessed with Shawarma sandwich that I've never try the other veggie options in their menu. The pita bread is remarkably good (of course), I'm not fan of fake meat but this is so well sasoned with the marineted and so tender, the beet and pickled onions adds a favor that I love, oh and the dressing!
