TL;DR: Limited vegan/vegetarian options and a minor pancake snafu, but service was excellent and the Vegan Skillet was tasty and filling. Would visit again.
Full Review:
Visited on a Sunday morning and was able to sit immediately. Service was quick and we ordered within just a few minutes. I had the Vegan Skillet and chose sourdough for my choice of toast. When asked if they had margarine, our server said it was real butter and offered to bring it dry with a selection of jams instead. (Did not confirm whether jams were vegan.)
Vegan skillet was a tiny bit on the bland side, but overall a very enjoyable plate of veggies and hash browns. It was hot and fresh, and they made my hash browns extra crispy as requested.
We ordered a pancake for the baby, and it turned out to be undercooked in the middle. Our server was very apologetic and immediately took it off the bill. Omni husband also enjoyed his food and said it was typical diner breakfast but with higher quality breakfast meat (apologies for reviewing meat, but felt it was worth mentioning for blended vegan/omni families looking for options for everyone).
I was between a 3 and 4 but rounded up because the service was great and the atmosphere was nice. I are well and enjoyed my meal. We will be stopping in again on future road trips!
A vegan hash was on the menu, which is awesome, but too oily for my taste. I bought oatmeal, which was not enough, especially considering I paid over $10 for it, and they didn't have bananas.

Pros: Labeled vegan/vegetarian section, Excellent service, Proper hot vegan breakfast
Cons: Slightly pricey (if comparing to diner franchises)
