Amazing Natural Foods Market with Vegan options in hot bar and made-to-order.

Great vegan options for both breakfast and lunch (plus tons of cool vegan products not available at standard grocery stores). They will make breakfast sandwiches with Just Egg and Tempeh bacon.

Yum

So many amazing vegan options in the grocery store- seriously, soooo many! Also, the cafe has a lot of vegan options. I tried the beyond burger and it was AMAZING. I love that it was loaded up with fresh veggies too. Delish!

Awesome place

They had so many vegan baked goods and vegan sandwich/wrap options. They also had plenty of vegan groceries and snacks. Many small brands, local, organic etc. Was just passing through but stopped on way out and back! They also have as big a bulk section as you could ask for!

Absolute Favorite

I absolutely love the Co-op! Especially the new, larger location. They have a great cafe with vegan sandwiches and drinks, as well as a hot bar with consistent vegan proteins and soups, AND a well stocked refrigerated section. My go to is the vegan Macro sushi, which is a rare gem. The co-op is otherwise just a great place to shop and hang out-- I do homework in their cafe area multiple nights a week. Some ites can be pricey, but they do have their occasional steals.

Pros: Friendly staff, special treat

Cons: expensive

Vegan Options + Kid friendly🤤

“They have a bagel with tofu cream cheese, tempeh bacon, and tomato” my husband said, to which I replied “EW, cream cheese and tempeh”... but, the ravenous foodie in me couldn’t resist some morning sustenance and I was HAPPILY surprised.

The vegan breakfast bagel sandwich with tofu cream cheese, tomato, and tempeh bacon was DELISH. AND as a native New Yorker, these bagels were pretty legit 👌🏽. Other vegan options include a wrap and a sandwich on delicious multi-grain bread.

Vegan options also include smoothies, fresh juices, pastries/baked goods, and prepared foods that are packaged (i.e. hummus, black bean salad, Asian style tofu, beet salad, tabbouleh salad)

It’s a cool co-op market, newly renovated with fresh produce, a frozen food section, the bathrooms have changers AND there is a dine-in seating area that has a little kids area with books and toys 🙌🏽

Pros: Vegan bagel breakfast sandwich, Newly renovated; trendy & clean + dine in seating, Baby changing table in bathroom

Cons: A little pricey (but totally worth it)

Great spot

Great community co-op with local produce, breads, salad bar, small hot food and soup bar and a nice cafe/deli. I had the tempeh BLT which was delicious.

Pros: Lots of vegan and local options

A Hidden Treasure in Great Barrington

A well-stocked organic grocer, with a local small-town atmosphere, with a wide variety of products that are reasonably priced. Also included is a deli area with a seating area. A perfect place to stop and grab a vegan sandwich made by caring employees who take pride in their work. This store will replace my visits to Big Y and Price Chopper.

Pros: Good variety, Reasonably priced, Offers some vegan products

Cons: Could offer a wider variety of vegan products

nice grocery, tasty cafe

The grocery part of the coop was very well stocked with a wide variety of personal items, frozen meals, pantry items, desserts, you name it. There was a decent supply of produce for a store of this size and the cafe offerings were delicious. I had a vegan blt with tempeh bacon and my husband had a tempeh bacon bagel sandwich. Both we delicious and well priced. ($8 and $6). I will definitely be back.

Pros: good prices, good food options, dessert and baked goods

Great find at first look for an out-of-town visitor

The grocery section carried an interesting selection of health-food-store type items. I was able to find 2 of 3 items on my shopping list that I have been unable to find in recent days at my favorite natural foods markets at home. My third item was clearly marked "out of stock" with a legible sign. The cafe section appeared to offer a selection of clearly marked vegan items and options, as claimed. I would qualify the above with the statement that this was my first visit to this business, and I needed to leave earlier than I would have preferred to get started on the journey home.

Pros: wide selection, helpful personnel, reasonably good bathroom facilities

Cons: a bit crowded--to be expected on a weekend day

perfect grocery stop

Staying in the Berkshires for a few days. Filling up on groceries. Perfect. Not a lot of water options, but the place I Stayed at had well water. Got everything I wanted. Nice salad bar, hot bar, small counter service with seating, juice, smoothies. Friendly, mainstay.
