Sauerkraut nur mit Speck - Edit
Hatte leider Diskussion wegen dem Sauerkraut, das wohl immer mit Speck vermischt ist. Da die Karte ansonsten gut ausgestattet ist, hatte ich mir den Kiachen mit Sauerkraut bestellt.
Read moreWurde zurück genommen, hatte dann Hinweis bekommen, dass der ja nicht auf den Vegan/Vegetarischen Seiten steht. Stimmt, steht bei den Süßspeisen. Daher könnte der Kuchen vielleicht auch mit Speck kommen.

The restaurant is situated at the mountain station Rosshhütte.
Read more3 stars for having a vegan menu, 5 stars for the service. The food we had was average, I think it came from the self-service canteen below. But the view is of cause breathtaking, and we were just happy to have vegan food.
I don't often complain about the food. My special thanks to the person serving us, she talked to the chef and also found a solution to compensate for the very salty dish. Thank you ❤️
