I went to Berenjena Vegetariana with my husband and his cousin who was nervous to eat there bc she'd never been to a vegetarian restaurant. We had a white bean soup, eggplant parm, and some amazing platano. My husbands cousin raved about the restaurant and said if she could eat like that everyday she could be vegetarian 😊
