Vegans could get tofu and mushroom prepared in different ways, such as in the "bun" which is rice noodles with an Asian herb salad, the "co'm" which is jasmine rice with a herb salad, abd the "banh mi" which is a baguette with the herb salad. Open Mon-Fri 8:00am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-5:00pm.
