Ok they got the vegan thing right - Edit
The staff was very nice and our server was excellent. Maybe I’m just used to Mexican food in California, but there wasn’t much flavor or spice. The salsa was beyond mild- I get it, lots of gringos can’t handle anything spicy. I had the Veggie Fajitas. They were very oily and they didn’t have any mushrooms. Our server agreed they should have had them - so she came back with a plate of mushrooms. The drinks were very expensive and they don’t sell pitchers of margaritas or beer, so we had water and iced tea.

Surprising vegan options! - Edit
We were so pleasantly surprised by the vegan-friendly options at Beny’s Mexican Restaurant! They were more than accommodating for vegan meal options, and the food did not disappoint. We had the veggie fajitas, a bean and guacamole burrito, and french fries.

Hands down some of the best service we’ve experienced in the area—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. We live an hour away but this place has quickly become a favorite!

Veggie enchiladas - Edit
Yummy veggie enchiladas with lots of veggies, served with whole beans and rice!! Looking for an option while traveling and loved this place! Service was very good! My husband had the veggie burrito he loved it equally as well!! So glad to find this place!! Make sure you tell them vegan !! They have options!!

Several options available as long as you remove the cheese. Nice to find enchilada option. The staff was very friendly and the service is great
