A busy lunch

I wouldn’t go out of your way to visit but was good for a lunch stop if you’re already shopping at the garden centre.

There were a couple of options including a soup, a spicy butternut squash which was really good. Came with two large chunks of break and you can request flora spread, though we got butter at first even though we asked for vegan.
Limited vegan cake options given the range of cakes available and they seemed to lump the vegan option with the diabetic option (sugar free desserts) which is a real shame. Had plant milk for coffee.

Limited options but nice

There's only really 2 options food wise. Today I had the Vegan Style Mezze. The other option is sandwich with a choice of bread with Vegan Feta, Roasted Veg and pesto. So overall very similar as you get the Feta with the Mezze too.

Cakes wise, the choices improve! The Vegan Flapjack is tremendous. The brownie is nice too.
They also offer a vegan meringue that I have yet to try. But today I had the Vegan Biscoff Cheesecake and it was bloody good!

They also offer soy, oat and almond milk.

Pros: Cheesecake, Vegan Feta is good, possibly Violife, Nice place to go for a look around

Cons: Expensive , Be nice to have more options, maybe hot food too. , Always busy!

Decent food but overpriced

Bents offered a vegan mezze platter with falafel, baba ganoush, salad with beetroot, hummus and pitta and for dessert offered a lotus biscoff cheesecake. The vegan range was fairly small compared to the range of other food available and were pretty overpriced in my opinion with slow service.

Lovely garden centre

Love this garden centre, soya and almond milk available. There is a banana muffin, berry crumble, chocolate brownie which is yummy and a meringue with soya yogurt and berries which is amazing, highly recommend!

Great Location and Food

Visited with a non vegan friend after a long walk in the surrounding countryside. Very helpful staff. Good choice of vegan food and even have soya milk for a good pot of tea. All reasonably priced and well presented.
I'm a regular visitor for a pot of tea and will be back again for more of the cake to go with it.

Pros: good food, good facilities, friendly staff willing to help

Cons: can be noisy at peak times
