First up: I ordered ramen labeled vegan and it came with a half-egg, which is a shame. So I would just be clear when ordering.
The menu was otherwise promising, with some explicitly labeled vegan options.
Ramen was about $23 and filling

Vibe nice, food yummy and hearty. Tofu in the ramen juicy and delish

Pros: Taste, Serving size, Vibe

Fresh, tasty Japanese - Edit

Quite a few options for both takeaway and dine in. Close proximity to the showgrounds. We got the don burri with tofu and mapo tofu bento box. The serving sizes are large. The staff checked in the restaurants to omit egg from the dishes to make them vegan, but there are a few vegan options labelled (as well as vegetarian which can be a little confusing). Overall good experience will be back.
