Wenn vegan vorhanden: ausgezeichnet - Edit
Ich kam in dieses Restaurant als es ein komplett veganes Restaurant zu sein schien. Es stand veganes Frühstück auf der Karte, allerdings gab es das nie.

Alles was ich probiert hatte (vegane Maultaschen, veganes Jackfruit Gulasch, Gnocchi) waren immer sehr extravagant und geschmacklich ausgezeichnet.
Bis ich eines Tages dort ankam und nichts veganes mehr auf der Karte stand. Auf Anfrage hat man mir gesagt, das war ein Schritt den sich die Kunden dort gewünscht hatten. Sehr schade. Ich gebe dennoch die Höchstzahl der Sterne (vier) danach das vegane Essen dort in guter Erinnerung habe und mich in meiner eigenen Kocherei zu Hause inspirieren konnte.
Pros: zu veganen Zeiten war es hervorragend , nette Mitarbeiter
Cons: serviert hauptsächlich Fleisch / Fisch , obere Preisklasse

Read moreFood and service were good, too. Not everything is vegan, but they offer vegan version of almost everything. Food is more on the rustic side - if you want to try traditional "Maultaschen" in an authentic vegan version, this is the place!

Authentic and delicious vegan German food - Edit
I had the Brotsalat, Maultaschen and vegan cheese platter. Everything was really flavourful and delicious. Not many places here do vegan local food, so this place is a real gem in Stuttgart. Staff was friendly, and you can even buy their Maultaschen to take home with you. It’s on the pricier side but definitely worth it.

Sehr schönes Ambiente mit tollem Ausblick. Sehr freundliches Personal in jeglicher Hinsicht. Die Karte ist sehr einfallsreich, wenn auch klein. Die Speisen sind sehr gut zusammengestellt und schmecken ausgezeichnet. Sehr empfehlenswert, etwas höherer Preise.

A great place when you look for something different. Food was very creative and tremendously good. The Bellevue Champagne was very tasty as well as our shared starter, the main dishes and the dessert.

Le meilleur restaurant vegan / vg de Stuttgart. Une cuisine de qualité avec des produits frais, des portions généreuses, des plats absolument délicieux pour des prix plus que corrects. Tout y est parfait, le personnel est également très sympathique et l'endroit agréable.

I really enjoyed the terrace and the view. The staff was super friendly and funny. I'll get the big salad with vegan feta, which was good. The swabian filled pasta with potato salad was a good portion and tasty. It`s costly but for every important occasion. All in all good!

Zero waste - Edit
My husband and I went to the Bellevue Popup (in 'Perkins Park' they are planning on opening their 'real' restaurant across the street in November). Tickets are sold online, and you can choose between Vegetarian or Vegan menu, and if you want corresponding Wines, non-alcoholic Drinks, or just the menu, and order your drinka a la carte.
Read moreThe setting was nice and the staff was really nice and professional, even though not everybody was equally informed about the food.
They use not only seasonal and regional products, but try to cook zero waste. We had a wonderful spread made of the Greens from Carrots for example, or a bread baked with pomace from making Carrot Yuice. I liked that very much, and we liked the food as well.
It is not cheap, but if you like to spend a nice evening with unconventional, creative, nice and yummy food, I recommend you to go there.
