Veg dining event experience

I attended a vegan dinner arranged by the amazing group Delaware Valley Veg at this restaurant, which I had never heard of. We were very impressed that an omni restaurant was willing and able to create a delicious multicourse dinner that was reasonably priced — and included dessert! The space is gorgeous (if loud at full capacity) in what looks to be a lovingly-restored 19th century tavern along a rural road. The staff, apparently working on their day off, were extremely sweet.

We checked out the regular menu and saw multiple unique items we will come back for: mushroom pizza with cauliflower sauce, pea ravioli, mushroom sandwich, pea/mint bisque, all marked vegan. The menu says some vegan items have honey, so please ask about this. Bella uses local high quality wineries such as Stony Run (love their rose) as well as local spirits and food sources.

Nice and interesting seasonal vegan choices

I love a local place that uses local ingredients in a seasonal menu. They have some staples (including vegan options) that are in the menu most of the year as well as some that rotate. The options are always a little unusual but really good! The food is not something you'll find somewhere else. They also have a fresh bread plate that can be made vegan upon request.
