A fully vegan ice cream and gelato shop. While it’s called “bean curd”, all of the products are made from a variety of tofu. Not just silky tofus but almond tofu, pumpkin tofu and more. Even has “souvenir” snack boxes with tofu inspired desserts, mostly in local flavors.

Not vegan, everything is made with cows milk

They had a "milk" flavor and we asked in Chinese. It's all standard milk based gelato just flavored with tofu (I guess Japanese style?). Nothing vegan.

Cons: Not vegan

We called and they said they may have a tofu ice cream next week that will be vegan, but nothing currently.
