Serves meat, vegan options available. Oulu is a touristic city with very few choices for vegetarians. This place is located in the city center by the Tori market place. More upscale decor. Primarily meat-centric but does offer some vegetable dishes - tell the staff what you'd like and be sure to specify 'no chicken sauce,' and 'no oyster sauce' if you order the mushroom with bamboo.

Nice and friendly, but not vegan - Edit
Service is nice and friendly. The waiter found out for me when I asked what of their foods is vegan. She mentioned the starter salad is, but when I took it it contained feta cheese. After that I just hoped that they hadn't ignored any non vegan ingredient of the main dish. Food was good and they also had Chinese beer.
Pros: good food, ok prices, good location
Cons: misinformation about vegan
