I liked the place and the atmosphere. Food was decent. Red wine options were not vast. I would give five stars if the food had just a bit more flavor! My dad loved the moussaka (not vegan but could be made vegan)

We went here for lunch and had different wraps that were really delicious. The place itself is very cute (and pretty spacious!) and the staff was super friendly. We would definitely come back!

Veggie with vegan options - Edit
Been to Beet a few times over the years, fully veggie place and most things I think can be made vegan. Menu never really changes but I suppose if it’s not broken don’t fix it! The food and service are both usually very good, although one time the food was a bit cold (flavour still there). Probably the best place in Torrevieja to go as a vegan as it’s slim pickings in the area!!

Good looking food lacking in taste - Edit
The food at Beet is very pretty but they can't seem to get it to taste much. However they have desserts with actual (vegan) ice cream and not just sorbets and that's a thing I often miss at other places. And the brownie was delicious.

Read moreThe curry was very mild, almost bland. No good protein source in the dish, but the corn fritters and bus station rice that came with it were ok.
The moussaka could be made vegan. It was somewhat hearty and appetizing, but it lacked the traditional spices that makes a good moussaka.
The dessert was awesome, though! A lovely hazelnut chocolate brownie with a warm chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream.
I think the menu would benefit from being smaller, there are so many options that the kitchen can't seem to make everything taste as good as it should.

I visit this place on a weekly basis since 6 years. It has the best vegan food by far. I came with non vegan friends and they loved it as well. The staff is amazing.

We ordered the sharing plate between five people. This was our favourite part and they pre warned us about the one cheesy thing on the plate which went to our non-vegan friend. The tagine was on the specials menu and this was great and very filling. The tex mex burrito came with crisps, not chips. It was tasty but a little too sweet for me. Great service and nice to sit outside.

There’s not much around Torrevieja for vegans and vegetarians so Beet is a rare gem! The garlic bread starter was great and the vegan tex mex wrap gave me some very tasty much needed protein!

Unfortunately, in our experience the food was only average while being quite expensive. The burger was really dry and the pizza was bland. The dhal was delicious though. Sadly, they are also not dog-friendly (which I would kind of expect from a vegetarian restaurant) so we had to sit outside in the cold while they had plenty of space inside.

Four of us decided to give Beet a try, 2 vegans and 2 vegetarians. The food was absolutely delicious!!!!! It is a lovely relaxing restaurant with a great menu that is clearly labelled. We will definitely be back.

Ojalá se convirtiera en vegano 100% como han hecho muchos restaurantes vegetarianos ya. Por lo demás, ahora casi toda la carta se veganiza fácilmente, sin quitar cosas, sólo sustituyendo, ya que ya tienen disponibles quesos vegan, y la mayoría de los postres son vegan también. El servicio muy bueno y el local es muy bonito y confortable.

We had lunch here yesterday. The servers were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, we both had the house salad to start and the Katsu bowl as a main. They were perfect portion sizes for a lunch. Great value.

Definitely the best place in the area for vegan food! My partner and I went three times in just one week. The food is beautiful, tasty and very filling. We especially enjoyed the desserts, and the sangria was also lovely.
