Best Croissants - Edit
I have traveled to the Denver area a few times a year, this place is always a stop. The staff is always ALWAYS super nice. Everything I've tried, I've really liked but the croissants are the best. Like the best in the country. The first time I went here, the plan was to get breakfast then go hiking: we grabbed coffees and some sweets, then sandwichs to-go for a picnic later that day. It was perfect.

Take Out Done Right - Edit
Came here on a snow day work from home day and everything was incredible. We got the banh mi, chickpea of the sea and the GF apple oat bar to go and it all kept so well and was so delicious!! So so good and would recommend to vegans and non-vegans alike!!

Vegan donuts for life - Edit
Made sure to visit this place the last few times I was in Denver. It’s kind of hidden, but so worth finding!! Their selection of donuts is great AND they always have vegan croissants (highly recommend the chocolate one).

While it was a bit pricey, it was TOTALLY worth it! - Edit
Came here with my little vegan family (husband and two children) and we got 3 boxes full of donuts and pastries. SO FREAKING YUMMY. I will go here again and again. A dozen baked goods cost more than I expected to spend, but considering everything was vegan and homemade, I couldn’t complain at all!

Whoa! - Edit
Serious vegan bakery. Almond Croissant is a previously unknown, dreamed about item. Take home, freeze, pop in microwave for one minute. PER🎶fect.

Hopefully you will be served by the smiling, gracious happy hipster and not the glum, depressed, diffident one who no longer enjoys serving the public.
Kind of noisy.
Interesting menu.
Big windows (lots of light).

Love this place - Edit
Such a cute little all vegan bakery. Their desserts are always good but their donuts are baked so not always what people would expect. Their sandwiches are amazing, try the avocado one! Only complaint is their flavors and offerings are not creative and they haven’t added much over the years.

Oh my goodness! - Edit
Vegan croissants!! Vegan tarts! Vegan donuts! Vegan hot chocolate with marshmallows in it! I like that none of their stuff is labeled vegan so it doesn’t scare off the meat eaters. It’s just great food! Wish they served the lunch sandwiches earlier though. Breakfast one was great, though!

Morning coffee - Edit
Came here with my hubs for late morning coffee snack. Had oat milk and (house made) cashew milk lattes. We shared a croissant and a raspberry almond donut. The croissant was really good and still warm from the overnight! The donut wasn’t... It just tasted like unflavored dough. I wish we had tried something else because the croissant was so good and everything looked so pretty!

Wedding donuts! - Edit
I have been a long time lover of Beet Box donuts so it was a no doubter to have their donuts at our wedding! We ordered them a month in advance and they put together 7 dozen variety boxes. Morning of pick up was super easy, the staff was very sweet. Most of our guests are non-vegans and everyone LOVED the donuts! I heard from multiple people they had never had a vegan donut and couldn't believe how good they were. It was super affordable too for a wedding desert. Highly recommend Beet Box not only for lunch, coffee and donut, but for an event!

Great local cafe - Edit
Am here almost weekly. The sandwiches are excellent-especially the Avocado Melt. The cakes and cookies are top-notch. Staff is very friendly. My only complaint - and it’s a minor one - would be that the sandwich menu hasn’t changed much since opening.

Great find for AIP people!! - Edit
I love this small, friendly vegan restaurant and bakery. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dessert and it’s all good. I especially love that I don’t have to edit my orders to exclude nightshades. While there are many vegan options in town, few are also auto-immune friendly ❤️

The perfect coffee shop? - Edit
Yes, The Beet Box is just about perfect. The interior is bright and friendly, just like the staff. The food is phenomenal - the options are few, but each one is absolutely delicious. My favorite sandwich is the cremini panini (maybe just because it's so damn fun to say). Their signature breakfast sandwich, which includes a chickpea hash and vegan ranch, is also beautiful. And of course, you can't miss their bakery - vegan donuts, cakes, cinammon buns, quiches, and more. I've brought several non-vegans here and none were disappointed. If you're a vegan in the Denver area, this place simply isn't optional.

I absolutely loved the breakfast sandwich, and a couple of the various baked goods I’ve had here. The scones I’ve had were small and a little dry. I would honestly come here just for the breakfast sandwich and the cinnamon rolls!

Delicious breakfast options and bakery goods! - Edit
We had breakfast here while in town and were blown away at all the bakery options, particularly the donuts! I had the breakfast sandwich and my husband had the chickpea quiche. Very satisfying. We bought two gorgeous cakes to bring home, we just couldn’t resist. Want to go for lunch next time as their lunch sandwich options were quite extensive, and to get the tiramisu cake or the cinnamon rolls!
