Great Vegan Menu - Edit
This restaurant offers a whole separate plant-based menu. My favourite dish is the Yucatan bowl. Very tasty. I especially appreciate that they label vegan items with a little wooden pick when they serve you. Helps avoid any confusion as some of their vegan meats are very convincing!

Read moreOnly downfall is the made in house gf buns are NOT vegan since they contain egg. No problem though since the burger was beautifully prepared in a lettuce wrap! Our server, Tara Lee, made every effort to ensure my safety and I even got dessert after! Definitely 2 hooves up!

I don’t know how I lived in Cambridge for the past 3 years and didn’t know of BeerTown’s extensive and delicious plant based menu. This is a chain too so they are in London, Guelph and beyond.

There is a lettuce wrap appetizer that’s creative and tasty that you put together. It has seared tofu, a sort of kimchi topping and a nut topping plus nice sauces. Even my picky carnivore friends all enjoyed it.
I tried the battered plant based chickn tacos recently and enjoyed them.
Lots of interesting salads that are tasty and healthy.
There are several bowls with a Mexican or Asian flair and a variety of plant based chicken burgers, plant based wings and veggie burgers with things like fake bacon.
There is even battered plant based fish and chips!
I am working my way through the whole plant based menu which thankfully will take awhile!
It’s always hard to decide what to order with so many options that all sound and taste good.
It’s also nice that there are healthy options and guilty pleasure options that are plant based.
There is even a plant based brownie which I never have room for but I’m guessing it’s good.
This is the tastiest restaurant for vegans that I have found in Toronto and the GTA. The menu is creative, beautifully presented and delicious.
They all have a patio with hanging flower baskets and tables with umbrellas.
The Beer town in Guelph is my favorite due to the pretty patio.
The servers are very careful to look after their plant based customers warning you if you say you’re vegan and try to order a non plant based item.
There is a toothpick saying vegan added to the burgers to let you know your sandwich is safe to enjoy.
It’s always crowded with a wait so make a reservation is you can. It’s worth the wait!
I give Beer Town restaurant a standing ovation!

Tasty Options For a Nonvegan Restaurant - Edit
Considering this restaurant isn’t vegetarian not vegan, they offer some awesome inclusive options. It’s a great spot when looking to share a meal with nonvegan friends and family. Would also be good for newer vegans looking for some old favourites made vegan using mock meats (Faux Tacos, Fried Chick’n Sandwich, Caesar Salad). The food is flavourful and well presented. They have a separate vegan menu which is super helpful. They even have a vegan kids menu (faux fish and chips, grilled chick’n, vegan burger)! Some favourites are the Pad Thai, Meatless Mahogany Chick’n Lettuce Wraps, Faux Tacos, Yucatan Bowl, California Burger and the Fried Chick’n Sandwich. Really well done, especially for a nonvegan restaurant!

Awesome Vegan Menu - Edit
Beertown is a great place for a vegan and their friends and family to go. It has many options for everyone! The new vegan menu makes it easy to find something delicious and reasonably priced. I've tried many things on the menu and have not been disappointed. The fishless tacos, the Korean tacos, and the chicken burger do not disappoint. There are also many options closer to plant-based, making it a double thumbs up for me.

This is definitely one of the better pubs I've been to and it has an awesome vegan menu. I ordered the Vegan California Burger and I loved it. The only thing I didn't like was the guacamole and the fries were a bit salty...but I ordered more fries so they were pretty good despite that. I'll definitely be returning as the food and beer selection is awesome. Also if you get Meghan as a server, she's really cool!
