fantastic vegan dog - Edit
This place is great. Has a nice open feel. I was here last night for drinks and had to come back to try the vegan chipotle dog. it's quite tasty with a spicy kick. They have 2 vegan dog choices and a vegetarian sandwich that looks like it could pretty easily made vegan.

Beerhaus has 2 vegan sausages on the menu. They were out of the chipotle so I grabbed the regular one and loved it. It's a Field Roast sausage which I'm a big fan of and cook at home regularly, but it was nice to have this option on the Vegas Strip late at night. I was in and out within 10 minutes and loved the atmosphere so I'll definitely be back.
