Beehive Coffee - Edit
Beehive's atmosphere is truly unique, hip, and laid back (and a little small too). Go there for a coffee or a tasty vegan buckwheat waffle. Fluffy and full of flavor, the vegan waffle was notably one of the best I've had. Sadly, they do not carry vegan butter, but the waffle itself is so good that syrup alone is sufficient. Pricing is reasonable and the free people watching is pretty entertaining.
