Lovely vegan burgers - Edit
I had the lunch set of vegan burger, fries and drink. Decent value and good service.

Great vegan burgers - Edit
This location of Beef and Liberty is located in Stanley Plaza and has both indoor and outdoor seating. Whilst the name is offputting, they use a sister brand "Leaves & Liberty" to highlight their vegan/vegetarian options.

As the menu says, vegan buns available on request, so state you want the vegan bun when ordering.
They have vegan options that are designed to taste like meat, and ones that taste more like vegetables.
They currently have four vegan options on the regular menu (beetroot / falafel / omnipork / Shrumami). They are labelled vegetarian but once you change to vegan bun, it would be vegan (just double check with them if you have any doubt). OR you can change any beef burger to Impossible, by paying an HKD20 surcharge.
Today I tried the Omnipork which was yummy, with a vegan ginger Mayo and rocket inside which was yummy. I also had a side of sweet potato fries and asked for vegan sauce, and finished with the vegan chocolate cake (recently added to their permanent menu).
They don’t charge extra for Oatly in coffee :)
If you want to save $$$, go for the lunch special or Double Trouble Mondays from 6pm (= if you dine in and order any burger and a drink, you get the second burger for free).
