Best vegan doughnuts ever! - Edit
I have been craving doughnuts for months and I couldn’t find a vegan shop in MTL that are as good as Beechwood doughnuts. I stumbled upon this shop by chance because my brother live near the falls. It is a bit expensive but totally worth it. It’s better than other places because they use real ingredients, they are vegan, tasty, flavorful, fluffy and they have lots of choices. Each doughnuts is an explosion of flavor. It is THAT good!

It all started with a trip to Niagara Falls. We visited Toronto the first day. We heard apiecolypse had vegan donuts. Waited over an hour in line just for them to say “sold out” disappointed we drove back to Niagara and started researching vegan donut places. And guess what came up…BEECHWOOD DOUGHNUTS. I am so glad our mission failed the first day because these donuts are life changing. This was two years ago and I would drive up every year for these donuts except covid closed the border. (I’m from CT, USA) anyways they finally opened the border for travel and this was our first stop. THEY ARE WORTH A 7 hour drive. YOU MUST TRY THEM. Also they don’t taste vegan at all, my meat eating boyfriend agrees. He’s also obsessed with them! I love this place!

Beechwood is just the best. Its very clean in there, the doughnuts are big and delicious and they rotate special flavours I’ve never heard of before Beechwood. Their soft serve ice cream is also AMAZING. I sometimes go for just the ice cream!! No one could ever tell these masterpieces were vegan. They are better than any other doughnut, hands down, no competition.

I've traveled to a lot of different towns and tried vegan doughnuts in just about any place I can find them, and I have yet to find doughnuts that come even remotely close to the doughnuts we get at Beechwood.
