Very Poor and Disorganised Service

Very poor service. Everything very disorganized and extremely time consuming. Positive point having a vegan pizza as an option, but I missed the vegan cheese. The place seemed nice with a good music track. However, having a queue to get in and having the doors closed with a bunch of people outside was quite strange.

Serviço bem ruim. Tudo muito desorganizado e extremamente demorado. Ponto positivo ter uma pizza vegana como opção, mas senti falta do queijo vegano. O lugar pareceu agradável com uma boa trilha de músicas. Porém, ter uma fila pra entrar e ficar de portas fechadas com um monte de gente de fora foi bem estranho.
