Beyond Burgers! - Edit
This is a typical western-style restaurant in a tiny town in very rural area, so we were shocked to walk in and see advertising for Beyond Burgers on every table! We each ordered the 'Shroom Burger with sauteed mushrooms and onions and substituted the Beyond Burger for the beef patty for an extra $2. Make sure to ask them to hold the mayo since it's not vegan. The burgers were yummy! Unfortunately none of the pies are vegan... yet.
