Best vegan options in Montevideo - Edit
I live in Montevideo where veganism is yet to be developed, and restaurants rarely have vegan elaborated dishes. Bechamel has these, an it has entrances, main courses, and desserts! Love this restaurant, eat there often, and would be the first place I would recommend for a vegan friend traveling to Montevideo

Best restaurant! Gourmet food and nice atmosphere - Edit
Despite the fact that Bechamel does have meat on its menu, they are very conscious about vegan clients too. They know perfectly what veganism is about.
The food is of high quality and simply delicious, very gourmet! They have vegan starters, main courses and desserts! After you eat, the cook personally goes table by table to see if everything was good.
This is my favorite restaurant for special occasions, as the restaurant is very nice to eat good food and have a glass of wine.
