Went here and discovered it is no longer at this location unfortunately. There is a small vegan coworking space / cafe around the corner though called strict picks.

Really tasty authentic Filipino food! - Edit
Bec and Geri’s is a growing chain (now 12!) of vegan restaurants that started in Davao. This store, in Obrero, has been around for a few years, and being close to our hotel we wanted to try it out. My partner is Filipino and was convinced we weren’t going to be able to get authentic Filipino food that was also vegan. He was wrong! The food here was fantastic and reminded him of meals he used to eat when he was younger (and yet to become vegan). I’m very glad I got to try some authentic food here too, it was really tasty and well priced.
