Pastry shops selling "beaver tail" which is fried dough with toppings. Offers numerous varieties and can make some in vegan versions like the coco vanilla, classic, apple pie, and Killaloe (denoted on menu). Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-7:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-9:00pm, Sun 11:00am-7:00pm.

Delicious snack in the pedestrian village

I just asked the woman at the counter to walk me through the vegan options, but then realized while she was making my order that the menu pretty clearly indicated what flavors could be made vegan; there were 4-5 options! I had the 'classic' - fried dough topped with cinnamon and sugar - and will probably go back for one every afternoon while we're at Mont Tremblant. Would highly recommend!

BTW: A beaver tail is basically just a fried dough topped w/ topping. In the southern US we'd call this treat similar to an elephant ear, if it helps anyone picture what it is!

Very Tasty

Definitely recommend trying, I had the killaloe sunrise which is cinnamon, sugar and lemon. Tastes so good!
