interesting fusion food! - Edit
This place is worth checking out. Their hours are wonky and their website menu isn’t always up-to-date but their baos are freaking delicious.

My fiancé and I split the Bad-Ass Bao and the Kimchi Bao since they come in twos. I’m not a mushroom fan and he’s not the biggest kimchi fan, but we still loved them! The portions are generous and left us very full.

Great but tiny vegan spot downtown. I walked in and asked what I should eat, and they recommended the bao which is a rice bun with salad, pickles and breaded mushrooms. It was excellent. I highly recommend checking them out I am looking forward to trying everything else on the menu.
