It's been approximately a year since I first visited Beatrix because there were no real vegan options... I believe I had a lettuce salad when I first visited. Well, I tried it again with a non vegan friend and they now have some vegan options. I came for breakfast and had the avocado toast and subbed the eggs for a cup of fruit. It was good. They even have oat milk for coffee. It's worth a try as I see on the lunch and dinner menu there are vegan specific options. The atmosphere is upbeat and conveniently located in Oakbrook Mall.

Not the best for vegans. Really had to look and make changes for a true vegan meal.

Get the hummus - Edit
The hummus was delicious. Not a large portion though. Also got the Kung Pao cauliflower, spicy and pretty good.
