Can’t remember my exact order, but back in September of 2017 my girlfriend and I stopped here for a bite to eat—so excited since I have a cookbook of Chloe’s. The burgers were great...mac n cheese was yum and I loved the sprinkle of I believed to be smoked paprika on top (I add this now to my own mac now when I cook at home). The fries and different ketchups and sauces were amazing.

Read moreI had the BLT with fries. The food was actually OK, and the service was in line with a typical fast food restaurant. I’d rate it as a four stars just on the basis of the quality of the food and service.
I deducted an additional star because of the price, which is high by New York standards and by vegan/vegetarian restaurants standards. Unfortunately, vegan places remain more expensive than their meat-serving peers.
Look... Life is tough, prices in New York are ridiculous, I’m in no position to tell the owners how much they should charge, and I’m obviously in favor of more vegan places than less, even if they’re pricier than other options. At the same time, I look forward to price parity for restaurants in the same category.
I would recommend going to this place more out of curiosity than to experience something new.
And I also wish the owners good luck.

Underwhelming barely begins to cover it. My BLT was dry and bland and when I finally looked at the menu again to see if there was supposed to be any may on it, I saw there was...and there wasn't. On top of that the sauce filling station was empty. The fries were cold and gross.

The spicy Thai salad was overpriced - it had hardly any quinoa or edamame beans in it all. It was basically just kale, spicy peanut sauce and croutons.

Underwhelming and Over-Priced - Edit
We waited a very long time to wait in line and order what was the most underwhelming BLT sandwich and burger we've ever paid for. The sandwich was mostly lettuce, half a slice of tomato, one slice of avocado and a small sprinkling of shiitake bacon - definitely not worth the over priced amount we paid for. You also have to pay for fries on the side because the burgers and sandwiches come as they are - alone. Also, the serve-your-own sauce station wasn't refilled, so people ended up squirting empty bottles. We regretted going here and didn't understand what the hype was all about. The shiitake mushroom bacon is the only thing going for them - but you only get a taste of them, not a satisfactory portion.

I have eaten here many times and at multiple locations. The food is great and there is a good selection. Unfortunately even if you order ahead there is never enough people working the pick up or the ordering and it is crowded with people waiting. This happens at all locations. The employees seem short tempered but may be because they are short staffed or unable to keep up with demand.

A lot of tasty fast food options in very convenient locations. Informal environment but comfy. It’s nice that the french fries are air baked. The bowls are big and tasty. Will be nice if the guac burger actually has guac, it was just too little to appreciate it in the sandwich. Also the chocolate chips cookie was not so good. The extra star is for the chipotle aioli that is just delicious!

Awful Mac'n'cheese - Edit
I eat at by Chloe's two years ago and I really enjoyed it, maybe my expectations were high and were disappointed this time. The pesto meatball sandwich is quite nice and the salad bowls are nice and really big. We also ordered Mac'n'cheese and it was awful, the pasta was overcooked and the sauce was disappointing. Please Chloe, take your restaurants back and have a look at it. Really nice stuff, though.

This chain offers a good variety of vegan food, fastly served. I tried one of their wrap, a hot dog and cupcakes. The food was good (the wrap was not exceptional, I preferred the hot dog) but relatively small for the price. You are served quickly, the place seems nice but there are no vibes. You feel like in every same fast food with no soul. It remains a good place to eat quickly but not for a pleasant dinner or lunch.

Loved the vibes in the outlet so much. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was so, so yummy but unfortunately my bread on my sub was a bit stale, or maybe just toasted weird? It didn't ruin the food but was certainly a disappointment to what would have otherwise been perfect. The bakery section is so wonderful and all looks so good it's hard to choose! I would definitely recommend and as it's my first time I don't know, but hope and assume the stale sub was a one off.
