food was pretty nice, it is also pretty cheap (at least compared to other food spots in new york). it is kind of fast-foody tho, that’s why i only gave 4 stars. tbh i probably wouldn’t return, but that’s just because of personal preference. if burgers, wraps etc. are what you’re looking for it is a very nice spot.

We had visited Seaport Market on Sunday, and Beatnic would have been the ideal pitstop - but sadly it was closed!
Maybe they can re-consider summer opening hours?
(We then headed to Union Square for Earth Day celebrations and ate at Peacefood - Fab)

i created my own bowl !! i got coconut rice , sweet potato , cucumber , brussels sprouts , and the sweet glazed tofu !! it was yummy but it was kinda hard 2 know wht 2 order bcs the menu is a little overwhelming. its sorta j a list ... and i didnt know wht a few things were loll !! i took 4ever 2 order and the employee was super sweet and patient ab it. i appreciated tht lol. he also got the food out p quick !! i do think its a little odd tht they dont make the salads in front of u like most salad bars. i think thtd rly have helped me choose quicker bcs seeing everything helps a lot imo !! but its ok loll i prob wont come back j bcs i wldnt rly know wht 2 get ... my food was j ok bcs it was kinda j a few things i knew i liked thrown 2gether yk ? not rly their fault but it mightve been avoided if i knew wht i was ordering loll. idk. mayb this j isnt my thing. it was rly a nice atmosphere tho ! i liked the hanging chair thingies lol it was fun !! oh smth tht was rly weird was tht they had free plastic cups ? tht was strange yea lol. and there was no recycling bin ? im not sure. it was a little off putting ... mayb they 4got 2 put it out ? im not sure. i felt a little guilty after bcs of this ... it was j strange. j clashed sm w wht id assume r the values of the owner. idk !! thx anyway lol it was yummy !!

I had a great new menu item- chik’n parm sandwich, which tasted amazing with enough sauce, basil, and toasted bun. Also had a sugar cookie. Overall, you can get many different menu items here, some healthy some not, a quick place to stop. I wish they had locations in every major city! Great vibe too.

We tried the chicken deluxe burger (small and dry), the Mac and cheese (not very nice - I ate it anyway because I was x hungry and New York is expensive) and the chicken nuggets with beetroot ketchup (nuggets were a little overdone, but tasty enough). The venue is nice, but the food not good imo. I wouldn’t return.
