Great Vegan Breakfast - Edit

We tried Bearcat because their vegan options sounded really good. We were nervous that it would be one of those restaurants that have high prices and small portions, but we were pleasantly surprised! Although it is on the higher side of the price scale, the portions were good and the food quality was amazing!! (I love to eat so I wish the portions were a little bigger but I still left feeling full and satisfied)

Seriously one of the best breakfasts I've had since going vegan. I highly recommend the vegan quesadilla. It was soooo good. The cashew queso fresco that comes with it is delicious. I asked the waiter and found out that they made all the vegan cheeses that they use on the menu. You can definitely tell. It makes all the difference (way better than restaurants that just use daiya or prepackaged cheeses).

My boyfriend (omnivore) had the vegan bearcat breakfast and loved it! It was his first experience with tofu scramble and he liked it a lot - he likes spicy food so he wished it had a little more seasoning but other than that it very good. Their breakfast potatoes are life changing. So. Good.

Pros: really tasty food, awesome vegan options for breakfast and lunch, homemade vegan cheeses

Cons: portions on the smaller side , little pricey

hearty brunch - Edit

I took my vegetarian mother to brunch here. She ordered a dish with grits and seitan, and I ordered their vegan ranchero with black beans, lavash bread, fresh salsa, and avocado. It was delicious and filling! I can’t wait to go back for lunch.

Really Good! - Edit

So, the food was actually very good. I ordered the "Portobello Philly" and it was delicious. The only problem we encountered was waiting for our waitress for anything. We waited for around 20 minutes trying to get the check so we can leave.

Pros: Delicious food, Fresh, Plenty of vegan options

Cons: Slow service

good brunch - Edit

I had the vegan bearcat breakfast and the queso. The queso was... weird, but actually really dang good.

The breakfast was really good. I don't even know how they got the potatoes so crispy.
And sausage made from beans? Pretty awesome

Everything vegan on the lunch menu has mushrooms, which I'm not into, but the breakfast menu has other vegan options too
