Oasis on a road trip through rural America - Edit
Vegan options and vegetarian options, incredibly friendly to those who do not eat meat or dairy. Salads, soups, and beyond meat options that are vegan. Full bar, fine dining, more like something you'd find in Salt Lake City or Park city as a nice café, Patio seating, incredibly friendly staff. Tonya was amazing. I highly recommend this for those that are looking for options in rural America on your road trips. It is worth stopping.
