River-view cafe w/ nice coffee

Visited for coffee - oat milk available. Cafe is a great spot for working remotely. Good selection of vegan baked goods and had a vegan granola in the fridge section. Unfortunately, there were no gluten-free options I could see. Bean Theory have only recently opened, so I’m hoping they’ll add more diverse food options as they get settled.

Pros: vegan options

Cons: No gluten-free options
