The only vegan option was the hummus bowl: homemade hummus (which was okay), roasted mix seasonal veg (in my case aubergine and zucchini), rocket salad (not a lot), sourdough croutons with herb oil (also not a lot). 14 euros for that was a bit disappointing. It would have been good to have more bread so you could dip it. Props to them for having a vegan option though?

The new owner of the cafe has made a point of making the place vegan-friendly. There are three vegan breakfast options, including a full hot breakfast, and lunch includes two options - a mild mango curry and a hummus bowl. The sourdough toast is vegan and they have oat milk. You can make out quite well here.

Non vegans ate well, a fish dish came with quinoa for instance. Vegan curry just had veggies and white rice, tasty but no protein :-(. A hummus bowl had a small spread of hummus on the bottom, salad leaves and a few croutons. We left hungry.

It's a very busy and crowded place. Service was quite stressed. They had 2 vegan options. I ordered the hummus bowl for take away and had it on the beautiful beach. It was tasty but too much hummus and too little veggies and bread.

Nice surprise! - Edit
We stopped here in the tiny town of Waterville while on a tour. I did not expect to be served the beautiful and delicious salad that I was. The dressing was homemade and fruity. My daughter ordered the veggie burger and said it was also very good. There was a Greek salad on the menu as well as a vegetarian daily special.
