Happy coffee

They had Almond milk for lattes
Vegan sandwich with Avocado, mushroom, and tomato
Also had a cookie with Oat and chia which they said was vegan... was happy to find this because it's been challenging to find vegan pastries here. Coffee was more on the acidic side so I added vanilla to sweeten my latte.

Pros: Almond milk, Vegan cookie, Vegan sandwich

Cons: No vegan cheese or options like tofu/seitan
