Be Free Organics use only healthy and organic produce, and they have a great range of vegan options.

-Crumpets with strawberry and rhubarb compote, vanilla bean icecream, hazelnut praline and raspberry dust (GF) - this is the vegan option for the brioche dish on the menu.
-Winter Nourish Bowl (GF) - roast veg, kale, quinoa, sun dried tomato & hazelnut purée, beets, balsamic seeds and chilli garlic tofu. This was a very hearty dish, served warm and with big delicious chunks of perfectly cooked tofu.
There are other vegan options on the new menu, which can also be made GF.
The cafe also stocks a great selection of bulk organic produce (purchase by weight), vegan snacks and products, and even take frozen organic home meals including Vegan Cottage Pie ($25, serves 3) and Vegetable Curry ($25, serves 6).
