Tasty curry and rice

The curry and rice plate was tasty and fresh. Juices really tasty. Would visit again.

Tasty and fresh

We wanted the veg curry plate but they only do this for lunch so went for the curry. Was really tasty but could be a bigger portion!

Very good!

It’s a nice place, where you can enjoy different national vegan dishes like the Vegan coconut curry, the vegetable
Fried rice or noodles and vegetable koththu.
In the evening they have fresh caught fishes exposed, so it’s a bit tough.

Rice und curry

Hier gibt es einige vegane Optionen. Ich hatte Reis mit Gemüsecurry. Die Portion war groß und lecker.
Die Fruchtsäfte hier sind frisch und ebenso köstlich.

Some vegan options, small portions

You can get the usual “naturally” vegan Sri Lankan dishes. I found the vegetable kotthu way too salty and the portions were small given the price. Better to go next door to Nina’s (same prices but bigger portions and more comfortable seating).

Pros: Quick and friendly service, Some vegan options

Cons: Small portions, Tourist pricing (400 LKR and up)

My favorite spot in
Trincomalee! Very friendly owners , quick service and delicious cheap food. Vegetarian & vegan options ( vegetarian kottu, parratha& dhal& coconut sambal , coconut roti& dhal& coconut sambal and more ) and lots of juices .
I love the king coconut mixes - coconut & pineapple, coconut & passion fruit and more .

Pros: Vegetarian & vegan options, Friendly & quick service , Cheap
